The Kolath System was one of the New Imperium core worlds. Original home of the Dark Lightning Strike Fleet, it was still used as a major base after the unification of the NI fleets into one. Kolath was home to extensive jungles and ancient ruins, and the NI's chief starfighter production facilities were located on Rhiannon.
